A 420 Delight in Las Vegas!

The 4th Annual Marijuana Business Conference & Expo presented by the Marijuana Business Daily was an enormous success in "Sin City" , Las Vegas, Nevada held November 11-13, 2105.

The days agenda consisted of great workshops, lectures from extraordinary speakers of the Cannabis industry, and exhibitors from all over the world  showcasing and displaying their products or services to the well attended 3 day conference attendees.

It is clearly evident people are interested in the fastest growing business in the USA! Attendees were from all walks of life...from the hard hat construction worker to the stay home Mom.  The facts are in the numbers that the business type of marijuana events are becoming more popular and more successful than some of the hemp festivals and the challenge cup type festivals.

Doctors, lawyers, realtors, sanitation workers and private investors are all involved in the marijuana business.  It is a business that excludes nobody unless the individuals in control running it makes it difficult for everyone to feel a part of the Cannabis Family.

After the expo daily activities, there were Meet & Greets, several sponsored private parties and also a superb launch party for Julian Marley's new cannabis products, JuJu Royal to be distributed by Drop Leaf. Drop Leaf is based our Colorado.

The overall conference and expo was a great SUCCESS & CANNAMAZING!

Legalization a Year Away For California & Other States!

Primary Election Date:  Tuesday, November 8, 2016...

Patience is VIRTUE! We need to get all the logistics figured out or at least portray that we have a definite worldly model everyone can tolerate because there will always be the unbelievers in the plant!
There are many, many concerns...So many positives are developing during this legalization process!
It is so IMPORTANT that people receive healthy safe flowers and healthy safe bi-products of this magnificent plant.
For the children, teens under 21, it's a huge concern for many parents, and others in the communities.
I have interviewed so many parents (Caucasians) that resist legalization because of a personal experience with their children and even with themselves during their youth/teen years!
The African American & Latino Hispanic families have endured many many years of anguish and suffering to their love ones, so you can understand their stand on the legalization movement.

It is already a huge disparity in the Cannabis industry of POWER & CONTROL!  The sad part of this situation is that very little is being spoken about the issue... This MUST CHANGE ASAP!

Cannabis Talk Show LIVE will definitely become more vocal about the disparity in the Cannabis industry in order to assure CHANGE!

If we don't talk about it NOW...It gets buried under a lot of $$$$!

Let's start the conversations... Let your prejudices and your EGOS DISAPPEAR!
Oh yes, we can see through the FAKENESS...

As my big brother tells me all the time, "Don't fall for the okidoke"!

Let's start the conversations... California and other states are 12 months away from this date to VOTE on the Cannabis/Marijuana Legalization.

If you guys don't think that the African Americans & the Latino/Hispanic VOTES matter then I can almost PROMISE you California WILL NOT PASS on November 8, 2016!

Koreans, Asians, Russians, Armenians, Italians and every other (what's the word AMERICA terms it... Oh yeah, MINORITY Groups) and Native Americans, I haven't forgotten about YOU... Don't let the Legalization Movement forget YOU!

Again, I say...Let's start the conversations!

Shared Thoughts For A Community of People

On Friday, August 14, 2015, Cannabis Talk Show LIVE taped a "LIVE" show with the topic, Marijuana in the Church.

It is a warm feeling to know others share the same thoughts as Cannabis Talk Show LIVE revealed on Friday, August 14th.

Cannabis Talk Show LIVE will continue to RE-EDUCATE our community about the magnificent plant called cannabis/marijuana!

Read article written on August 23rd.

African-Americans and The Cannabis Industry

Why is it that the very people who are disproportionately affected by the war on drugs; not profiting from the economics of cannabis legalization?

Well, I could say it’s because of the high cost of starting a company, and other socioeconomic factors. But the truth of the matter, is that the majority of us will gladly entertain a private conversation about cannabis (marijuana), but we don’t want to be seen in the public with it.  Nor do we want anyone to know that we are interested in consuming or even investing in it. So for all intent and purposes, let's just say that many of us are just down right scared to be associated with marijuana; thanks to the large number of arrests and unjustifiable punitive sentences given to African-Americans.

In fact, many of us will even deny that we ever consumed cannabis, just to avoid being stigmatized by our peers.  There are many reasons that I could give, but I’d like to focus on one of the main reasons that I’ve personally found to be the BIGGEST reason African Americans have not fully embraced the idea of entering into the cannabis industry. "Education" or the lack thereof.

Until the African-American community has been re-educated with the truth about the cannabis plant and its benefits; as well as the original reason this plant was made illegal in the first place; then our community will remain “At Bay” so-to-speak to this industry.

Today, I’m going to touch on a conversation that is long overdue, and very few will dare to venture and that's "educating our religious leaders" in our churches, synagogues and mosques. Our religious leaders must be re-educated with the truth about the cannabis plant, its spiritual and physical history; as well as WHO created it, and for what purpose(s) was it created.

Historically, the church provided African-Americans with a place to congregate and exchange information. During the civil rights era, our churches were a place of refuge for the marchers and protesters. The church was more political, and dealt with issues seen as important to the "African-American community" and this still stands true today. However, educating our community will take more than just a few conversations; it will take an entire campaign of educating in “Spirit and in Truth” - John 4:23-24.

Cannabis, in my opinion is natural and was put on this earth by our Creator centuries ago for the healing of mankind; and yet this conversation with our religious leaders has yet to take place. When in reality, this small and yet very powerful step or conversation could in my opinion, lead to the federal legalization of this magnificent plant.

The church is so powerful, that even presidents of countries all have religious advisors they meet with regularly; especially before making a major decision that could effect the lives of other human beings. Why? Because they want to determine whether their very own souls are at risk because of the decisions they will make. So how much more important is it for us to have a conversation about cannabis with our religious leaders?

Can you imagine having the likes of T.D. JakesJoel OlsteenJoyce MyersKirby John Caldwell,Imam Siraj WahhajImam Abdullah Quick, and Rabbi Moshe Elefant having a Ministry and Marijuana Conference right here in Denver, Colorado? I absolutely can.

Having this conversation with our religious leaders whether it’s a debate or an educational conversation or both; is long overdue and absolutely necessary in order to reach the masses within the African-American community.

Harvest Time!

Autumn colors, October Harvest Festivals, the sport fan's favorite time of year with four major sports in season and to top it off, the prime time Cannabis season!  Yes, indeed the end of October is a beautiful time of the year especially in Northern California!

It's no secret that California produces some of the best outdoor cannabis in the world.  With the knowledge and years of experience Cannabis farmers make their crops available to the cannabis industry and yes even the neighborhood dealers to supply the millions and millions of cannabis consumers.

During this time of year, the cannabis industry is flooded with excellent strains and varieties of cannabis. This is also one of the best times of the year to attend a Cannabis Cup competition because of prime time "harvest time"!

Cannabis buyers need to be sharp during this time of year too.  There are many products on the market with a great visual look, but the potency maybe lacking on the THC or CBD levels. Don't settle during this time of year, you can definitely find the best of the best of the strains you prefer during "harvest time"!

Cannabis buyers also need to be aware of the farmers trying to sell a lower grade of cannabis for a higher rate.  Remember, the plant's value hasn't been determined, so a farmer can make their own prices...This is a cut throat industry!  It is in the Cannabis buyer's best interest to know the source where the cannabis was grown.  Do not pay a high price for grade B or C grade of cannabis...The farmer can almost GIVE it away!

As a Cannabis buyer know the market, test all products before purchase, make sure all weight is proper and seal  the transaction with an old fashioned "handshake"!

Enjoy Harvest Season!
