J. Cole's, Dollar & a Dream III Tour Closes Down Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles!

This past Friday, June 26, 2105,  J. Cole concluded his Dollar and a Dream III Tour in Los Angeles, CA. 
The secret venue was released approximately at 10:35 a.m. on June 26 by Cole himself via Twitter. Thousands of hopefuls formed a line around the block of Wilshire and Western at the classic venue, The Wiltern Theatre.  Anxious fans arrived as early as 2 a.m. on the suspicion of a rumor that was leaked about the venue location.
There was a report of 8,000 fans gathered in line to be selected to receive wristbands for the 1,850 seat capacity Wiltern Theater.
Cole performed songs mainly from his timeless mixtape, Friday Night Lights. A couple surprise guests helped Cole grace the stage, Wale showed up to spit her verse to “You Got It,”!  
If that wasn't enough fans were treated to a special surprise when Kendrick Lamar was welcomed on stage to a huge ovation. Kendrick performed a couple of his own singles including “Cartoons & Cereal” and “Alright” off his latest album To Pimp A Butterfly.
 In the midst of performing, Cole takes a couple breaks in between songs to break down the storylines behind the music which fans were quite engaged to hear.  He also described why he picks smaller venues to host his annual Dollar and a Dream Tour.  Cole confessed he likes the intimate relationship he feels with his audience, along with the personal satisfaction it gives him being able to break down the logic behind the music. 
Superstar female artist, Rihanna was in attendance to support her fellow label mate perform. 
Fans walked out of the theatre with priceless smiles that you could only find on the front of a Wheaties box!  It’s safe to say that fans enjoyed themselves and the concert was well worth the wait...
